Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day.
Please note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
🇺🇸 United States (All 50 States & Territories)
- Free Standard Shipping (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout)
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately before shipment.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
- If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly
