Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day.

Please note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States (All 50 States & Territories)

  • Free Standard Shipping (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO)
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately before shipment.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
  • If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging
  3. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly
