Warranty Coverage

We design our gear to perform in real-world conditions and stand behind its quality. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window so you can try your gear with confidence.  We ask that you test all of our products indoors whenever possible to make sure you want to keep the item.

Returns may be declined if:

  • The item shows excessive wear, damage, or misuse
  • The item is heavily soiled or not properly cleaned
  • Major components are missing (especially for tents)

Return Shipping Cost

  • Defective items: we cover return shipping
  • Non-defective returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty Policy 

BACKPACKS

Our backpacks are backed by a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Covers:

  • Zippers, buckles, straps, and stitching
  • Structural failures under normal use

Does Not Cover:

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches or fading
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or accidents

SLEEPING BAGS

Sleeping bags are covered for one year against manufacturing defects.

Covers:

  • Zipper issues
  • Stitching defects
  • Fill or material defects

Does Not Cover:

  • Odors, stains, or improper washing
  • Burn holes, tears, or misuse
  • Long-term compression damage

TENTS

Tents are covered for one year against manufacturing defects. 

Covers:

  • Pole failures under normal use
  • Seam or zipper defects
  • Rainfly waterproofing defects (initial failure)

Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by weather, improper setup, or terrain
  • Mold or mildew due to improper storage

WARRANTY RESOLUTION

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Repair your item
  • Replace it with the same or comparable model
  • Offer store credit if the item is discontinued

HOW TO START A RETURN OR CLAIM

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos if applicable
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns sent without authorization may be refused
  • Refunds are processed after inspection within 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Please test products indoors first whenever possible and use it as intended. If it does not perform as expected, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
